Mission Statement:
To provide assistance and support to the Administrator in her/his role as the school operations manager.
Purpose
To create a unified, financially feasible and documented vision for CMS that addresses both long and short-term goals and objectives.
Mission
The Business Plan Committee will solicit input from our CMS family members, faculty and Administrative personnel for the purposes of establishing strategic and operational strategies in support of the agreed-upon goals and objectives for CMS.
Mission Statement
To capture and turn Country Montessori School's visions, strategic plans, and objectives for growth into reality while maintaining our high standards of excellence in Montessori education.
Purpose
To establish financial reporting processes and to ensure high integrity of the CMS's financial statements.
Mission
The Audit Committee is appointed by the Board of Directors (BOD) and is responsible to the BOD to assist it in monitoring and overseeing (1) the accounting and financial reporting processes of CMS and the audits of its financial statements, (2) the integrity of the CMS's financial statements, and (3) the performance of CMS's internal finance and accounting personnel and its independent auditors. External auditors are accountable to the Audit Committee and the BOD.
Mission
The Legal Liaison Committee (LLS) manages the relationship with external legal counsel and assists the CMS Board and all CMS committees by formulating and tracking questions requiring competent legal advice.
Purpose:
To oversee and develop communications programs both internal and external and to advance our Montessori leadership position throughout San Diego communities.
The marketing communications committee communicates a clear statement of the school's mission, successes and objectives to the parent members, CMS staff and the community.
