Summer Camp 2009!
Summer fun is just around the corner! CMS Summer Camp is scheduled from June 22 to August 7. We have prepared a program of exciting and fun activities. Read the fascinating facts about each week of camp on the reverse side of this page. It will be a great summer!
Please plan your weeks carefully as there will be no refunds due to staffing requirements. Space is limited, so please return the registration form as soon as possible. In the event that our summer programs are full, registration is on a first come, first serve basis. Priority will be given to families requesting the full 7 weeks.
Children are to bring their own healthy, balanced lunch in a small soft-sided lunch bag. Cold water is served. Snacks of obvious sugar and/or fat content and low nutritional value will be returned home. Containers need to be opened easily by the child. Refrigeration or heating of food is not available. Please bring a swimsuit and towel LABELED WITH THE CHILD'S LAST NAME. They will be sent home each Friday to be laundered. There will be water play for "cooling off" throughout the summer.

½ day --- 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Full Day --- 8:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Childcare --- $5.00 per hour
7:00 a.m. – 8:15 a.m.
2:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Cost per Week --- ½ day $150.00
Full Day $180.00
