Dear CMS Families,
We hope everyone is having a good time getting pledges by connecting with loved ones, friends, neighbors and even co-workers. The walk-a-thon is not only an event that raises money for our school it is also an opportunity for students to learn and practice presentation skills, build confidence, and learn the importance of raising awareness to significant causes.
The money raised will directly go:
-to building a garden that all students will be able to their own plants and vegetables
– to buying play structures
– to building a shade structure over the sand area in the Serengeti playground
Pledge sheets have to be turned in on Thursday November 10th.
