Dear CMS Families,
K.I.D.S. Therapy Associates will be offering speech/language screenings at CMS on February 1, 2018 from 8 am – 11 am. Attached is a flyer describing typical speech and language milestones to expect from your preschooler. If after reviewing this handout you have concerns about your child’s speech and language skills, please feel free to sign up for a screening.
These screenings are available for $25.00. A certified and licensed speech-language pathologist will assess your child using a standardized screening protocol. You will receive a brief summary of the results and suggestions for follow-up.
Please complete the attached Screening Authorization and questionnaire if you choose to involve your child in this program and return it to the Office along with your check payable to K.I.D.S. Therapy Associates by January 26th.
