Dear CMS Families:
On behalf of the PTC (Parent Teacher Committee) we would like to say welcome to all the new CMS families and welcome back to all of the returning ones. We hope you all had a great summer full of wonderful memories.
As the new school year begins we would like to give you some of information about the PTC and how you can get involved.
PTC Meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 3pm in the Bumblebees classroom unless 3rd Tuesday falls on a holiday. Childcare is available for those who attend.
We have two open seats on the PTC committee:
-Secretary (attends all PTC meetings, takes notes, and prepares them to be posted on website)
-Treasurer (keeps track of all PTC funds)
Finally you will be getting an email later today about ordering spirit wear and instructions. Please keep a look out for that email because the deadline to order will be Friday, September 2nd.
