Today was a very busy day and the students were very excited. Valentine classroom celebrations including crafts, packets, treats and of course card exchanges were enjoyed by all. I hope that everyone has a wonderful week planned for President’s Week, February 15-19. The school will be closed on Monday the 15 and Friday, the 19. Child care is available Tuesday-Thursday.
Parent/Teacher conferences will be held on March 3 and 4. Starting Monday, February 22, families with multiple children at CMS may call in to schedule their conferences. On Tuesday the 23, 24, 25 and 26 Lady Bugs, Bumblebees, Dragonflies,Eagles and Owls will have their sign up opportunities during morning arrivals. Ms. Yee sent an email today with more information. Report cards will be available on parent portals, Wednesday, March 2 at 4:00 pm. The teachers are looking forward to meeting with all of you!
Re-enrollment for the 2016-17 school year will begin on Monday, February 29-March 18. After that, open enrollment begins for non-CMS students. More information will be coming out the week we return from break, as this year re-enrollment will be done online. We are excited to share our 2016 Summer Camp schedule, which will be available March 1 on our web site. There are a variety of camps being offered and all taught by our stellar CMS teachers.
Please join us on March 2 from 6:00-7 pm for our Annual Town Hall Meeting where you will hearing from our Board of Directors. Child Care will be available and more information will be coming soon.
