Virtual Parent-Teacher Conferences – April 8 & 9
Conferences are a wonderful time to hear from your teachers about your student’s progress and school experience. On Wednesday, April 7 your student’s report card will be available on your RenWeb parent portal. You will be receiving an email from your teachers with your Zoom link early next week. There will not be school on these days and there will be no drop-in’s for child care.
How to retrieve your student’s report card:
- Go to your home page on your portal
- The left side of your page go to Student
- Scroll down to Report Card
- Please review the report card prior to your conference
Spring Break – April 12-16
CMS will be closed for Spring Break. However, child care will be available. You will need to sign up in advance. There will be no drop-in’s.
**Please email Susan at susank@countrymontessori.org to sign up! Please let her know if you will need half-day (less than 5 hours – $25) or full-day (over 5 hours – $45). Child care is open from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm. In keeping with our COVID-19 policies and procedures, arrival times remain the same during downtime with 7:30-8:40 being the window for drop off.
CMS Enrollment is open!
We are actively enrolling new students, and processing re-enrollment for returning CMS students. Families planning on returning for the 2021-2022 school year should log into their FACTSMgt (RenWeb) Parent Portal to submit your child’s enrollment packet. If you have any questions or need any assistance please reach out to Jose Bolanos.

CMS Summer Camp
Summer camps are starting to fill up. If you are interested in enrolling for one of our dynamic camps be sure to fill out your registration packet at your earliest convenience.
Early Childhood – Cricket Camp
We truly appreciate our families for your support and partnership and working with us as a team!
It is imperative to keep an open dialogue with us regarding illnesses and travel. We are all in this together and want to keep our students, families, staff and school healthy to the extent possible. Please let us know if you plan to travel or if anyone in your household has been exposed to, has COVID or has symptoms.
Please notify the office if your student will not be in class or is sick. Should your child be sick all families need to inform the office and we will provide further mandated guidance. When our students are sick we want them to rest so virtual class is not permitted during illnesses.
